This allows your trainer to still be present, help you with exercise technique but you also get a fun experience with like-minded people on a similar fitness journey so you can all progress towards your individual goals together. The small group training is run in a exclusive state of the art training facility for maximum comfort and optimum performance. |

What is the main difference between joining Fit Pound Small group training and a Group class ?
Our Small group training is a semi exclusive training experience and is capped only to 4 clients in a session. We kept the number small so our coaches could focus on each client’ form and technique ensuring training efficiency and safety. A typical group class has around 20-30 people in a session and is supervised by (1) one group instructor.

I’m a beginner and out of shape, Is this program for me?
You don’t have to be fit to train with us — you train with us to get fit! Our Small Group training is totally suitable for complete beginners — our coaches could customised the exercise program to each client’s fitness level. So wether you are just starting out or you’re a advance athlete you will be able to train together because our coaches can give you a specific type of progression that will make your workout challenging all the time.

What type of results should I expect from this program?
If you train at Fit Pound, you'll see lean muscle gain, increased strength, improved stamina and fat loss. These are the most common results achieved by our clients. Not to mention If you have a specific goal or target you can speak with our coaches to get a free consultation with us so we can give you a better advise.

ARE there any membership tiers at your gym?
No, we don’t have membership tiers in the gym. Our gym is only exclusive to our clients who are registered on our services.

Do I get to choose a training group/buddies for the Small group session?
Yes, you can always book or join a certain group of people for the training if you feel you perform better or more motivated training with them. You can even form your own group for training, as long as it doesn’t exceed 5 people in a session to keep it exclusive and properly supervised.

Where do you conduct your Small group training, is it indoors or outdoors?
We can conduct the training in both setting, We have an indoor and outdoor private training facility but depending on the availability of our training spaces we will give our clients advance notice.
