Is there a membership at your gym?
We do not offer memberships. Our facility is exclusive to clients registered for our services.

What will the free consultation entail?
During the free consultation, we conduct girth measurements, a body composition test, a fitness assessment, and a health/lifestyle evaluation. We’ll also assess your training goals, timeline, and frequency of training. The trainer will discuss your fitness objectives and map out a personalised training and nutrition plan tailored to your needs.

How much do your personal training package cost?
We offer several packages tailored to individual needs and goals. Drop us an email with your inquiry and we’ll schedule a free fitness consultation at one of our facilities.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
Please bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all the necessary equipment.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes, we offer online coaching for clients who prefer to train remotely or have busy schedules.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND OR IN A SMALL GROUP?
We offer semi-private training, allowing you to train with a friend or in small groups for a more personalised experience.

Can I access your different training locationS for my Personal Training ?
Yes! One of the perks of training with us is flexibility. Unlike most gyms in Singapore, you can use any of our private training facilities.

I’m a frequent traveller, what happens if I can’t finish all my sessions in time?
Fit Pound personal training packages are valid for one year from the purchase date. If you’re travelling, notify us in advance, and we can adjust your package expiration accordingly.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You won’t be charged or lose a session if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
