1. HOW DO WE START USING FIT POUND ONLINE COACHING SERVICES?
You can send us your client application and schedule a consultation with one of our fat loss experts. We’ll conduct an in-depth assessment and lifestyle audit that will help us create a more specific plan that would align to your goals, needs and personal preference.

2. DO YOU ADJUST THE TRAINING PROGRAM ON WHAT EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE TO ME AT HOME OR MY GYM?
Yes, we tailor a goal-oriented training program based on the available equipment you have. Additionally, we can provide advice or tips on choosing home equipment if you're considering purchasing new gear for your training. Alternatively, we can create a bodyweight exercise plan that doesn't require any equipment at all.

3. IS IT RECOMMENDED TO COMPLETE 12-WEEKS OF COACHING TO SEE RESULTS?
We recommend doing at least three months as, generally, it will take at least this long to make a lasting habit and lifestyle change and see a real return on your investment.
