Our coaches will train you with attention to details, proper technique and load progression specific on your level of fitness in a semi private environment.

“Evolve” is a mix of Upper body pull & Lower body push exercises that will target all major muscle groups and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Expect to work with weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises as you move through the class. No matter where you're starting from, you'll be able to participate and get a great workout.
Looking to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat? This class is the perfect solution.
“Sweat”, is a 45-minutes full-body circuit based workout using HIIT and explosive movement exercises that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished to finish off your week!
Are the programs beginner friendly?
Yes, our programs are friendly to any fitness level. Our training sessions are conducted on a small group so our coaches will have attention to details and will be technique focused ensuring a safe training environment.
What IS the class size?
6-8 pax per session.
Are your trainers certified?
Yes, our elite team are 100% certified personal trainers and have many years of training experience.
We provide sweat towels, bath towels, dedicated lockers and bath amenities for all members. All you need to bring is your workout gear!
Late cancellation or No Show
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charge in full. No refunds will be made for booking errors.
WHAT ARE THE BOOKING AND CLASS POLICIES?
Class schedules are released and available for booking 7 days in advance.
Booking windows closes 3hrs before the start time of a class.
All booking cancellations should be made 12 hours before the start time of the class. Class credits will be forfeited for late cancellations and no shows.
Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of the class. We want to take some time to orientate you to the studio and ensure that you have ample time to warm up for your workout!
