Why?MEN don't hate working out. In fact, you probably did it when you were younger and stronger. Unfortunately, life has a way of getting in the way. Your stressful job, kids, and busy everyday life seem to suck away all of your energy and time. Even if you know exercise is beneficial for you, it's easy to give excuses on yourself you'll get to it when you have less on your plate. The truth is, you never seem to have less to do. Even health problems and a little extra weight gathering around your spare tire may not be enough to scare you to train regularly and get a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes you just need a kick start and get it done.

Who isn't it for?This program is not for people who can’t find at least 2-3hrs of exercise time per week in a 6-week period that is a small fraction of your time in the grand scheme of your life.
Why?FIT POUND training methodology of delivering real results will require commitment and a fraction of your time in a week. If 2hrs a week is too challenging for you this program might not be for you and we could explore other services we offered.

How does alcohol consumption affect my training?
Consuming alcohol after a workout will reduce the protein synthesis (muscle building) response to training. You can reduce the negative impacts of alcohol by increasing protein intake during a drinking day.

Can I spot, treat, and only lose fat in my problem areas? (Eg. belly, arms, thigh)
In general, spot treating for fat loss doesn’t work. It’s an old myth that people believe they can lose fat on certain body spot through exercise of specific muscles in that desired area. We structure our training program from compound type of workouts that will require the use of major muscles resulting to more calorie output and total work.

What’s better for FAT LOSS: Cardio or Weight training?
An ideal workout program will combine both weight training and cardiovascular exercise as both play a part in successful weight loss. Weight training’s vital role in a fat loss program is to ensure you’ll be able to maintain your muscles while cardiovascular exercises are well known for increasing the total body’s expenditure targeting weight loss.
