How do we start using Fit Pound online coaching services?
Fit Pound uses TRUE COACH as our online training platform. After deciding which service package you would want to start and once your payment is completed. We will register you with our online coaching service and will receive an invite from us through True Coach and you’ll be able to communicate with our online coaches seamlessly.

How customized is your training and nutrition program?
Our bespoke online and nutrition coaching service is 100% tailored to our clients goals and lifestyle. We have 24/7 online support with our clients making sure we have the accountability.

Do I need a gym membership?
No, whether you want to work out in your gym or at home, your online coach adjusts your workouts routine to only include the specific equipment you have access to. Our training program is tailored on your own convenience.

How does my coach measure my progress?
Your coach measures progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in your relative strength, scale weight, body fat percentage, and measurements. You can also upload progress photos using True Coach, to clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!

How often does my coach check-in with me?
Coaches check in once per week with a detailed review of the previous week’s workouts, nutrition, and to give you specific recommendations for the week ahead.

Is your program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! If you’ve never done strength training before, FIT POUND is the perfect way to start. Our clientele consists of people with different levels of fitness. You have 14 days during your trial to work out if it's the right program for you.
